NameTrains Bright Seconds

NameTrain letter seconds are discounted due to cosmetic issues such as a blemish or runs in the finish, uneven color, unusual character in the wood grain, or odd glue drips. They are every bit as safe and durable as our factory first and are fully functional. Exchanges of seconds will only be accepted for functional/safety related issues. Color choice is not an option here, we will assort the colors if you are buying a name. Enter total number of letters you are ordering in the quantity box below and list the letters in the "Name" box provided.

Shipping and any earned discounts are calculated at checkout.
Returns are only accepted for non-customized items for refund or credit, if within 30 days of purchase, and in original packaging and unused condition. Please contact us for more information.

We will repair, at no charge, any functionally defective standard item that is returned to us.
