For items that are defective or arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the situation. For non-customized items you wish to return for other reasons, we will accept returns for refund or credit, if within 30 days of date of purchase. We do not refund shipping costs. Due to being made-to-order, we do not accept returns on customized items, including Name Puzzles; all sales are final. For returns or exchanges of products not purchased directly from us, please contact the retailer.

Maple Landmark guarantees its product unconditionally against defects or breakage. If at any time you experience a problem with any product, return it to us (shipping paid) and we will repair or replace the item at no charge and return it to you. 

• We're happy to repair or replace broken or malfunctioning parts. We don't sell "fix-it-yourself" parts separately; the item needs to come back to us.
• Lost loose parts can be purchased individually.
• For normal wear and tear, our goal is to restore safe, functional condition, not museum-quality restoration. We can't make aged parts match one another perfectly after 10, 20, or 40 years of love, but we'll do our best.
• If an item has been discontinued, we'll repair it with whatever parts are available, or substitute a comparable current item if needed.
